Open an hour before each concert and during the interval, the bars at Les Mélèzes invite you to enjoy refreshments in the beautiful grounds of Les Mélèzes. Options include sandwiches, verrines, Champagne and other beverages.

Les Fresques

Michelin-starred restaurant run by chef Patrice Vander, in one of the most beautiful dining rooms in the world. Tuesday to Saturday, from 7.30pm to 10pm.

La Véranda

A superb view for gourmet and varied cuisine. Open every day for lunch and dinner / 12 noon to 5 p.m. snack menu.

Le Bar

An iconic venue from the Belle Époque era, dear to the Hôtel Royal. Open daily from 10:30 a.m. to midnight / 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. for finger food.

L'Oliveraie

Market buffet under the olive trees and pine trees by the pool. Every lunchtime in summer (weather permitting).

La Chaise Longue

Located by the pool at the Ermitage Hotel, the pool bar, La Chaise Longue, offers a wide range of refreshing drinks in summer. Open from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in July/August.
