Yes, when seats are still available. However, we do recommend that you buy your tickets in advance.

We accept payment by card, cash, gift voucher, cheque and bank transfer (see instructions).

Unfortunately tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a concert being cancelled or postponed. If this happens, we ask you to contact the ticket office to find out how to proceed for an exchange or refund. 

You will be informed by e-mail and on our website. A refund will be offered via the relevant processes.

No, the tickets are not named. This means it is possible to give them to someone else. However, the person using the ticket must fulfil any criteria for the ticket type (e.g. discounted tariff, young person...). 

Yes, reduced tariffs are offered for students, jobseekers, RSA beneficiaries, and Maison des Arts du Léman (MAL) season ticket holders.

You can purchase gift vouchers on our website, by telephone or on site, at the Les Mélèzes ticket office. Valid for one year from the date of purchase, they can be for any value from €15 and upwards, and can be used for any concert from the Les Mélèzes programme.

You can use your gift voucher on our website, and also by telephone or on site at the ticket office. They can be used for any concert in the Les Mélèzes season. 

Do you have a gift voucher you wish to use online? When placing your order, enter the code indicated on your gift voucher on the summary page of your online purchase basket. The corresponding amount will automatically be deducted from the total. You can pay any outstanding balance by card.

The information is shown on our website and the online ticketing site. If a concert is sold out, you can sign up to the waiting list on our website. You will be informed by e-mail if a place becomes available. Please note, the waiting list does not have a priority order: first come, first served.

OPENING TIMES AND ACCESS

Doors usually open 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the performance, to provide time to welcome you comfortably.

Les Mélèzes does not have its own car park. However, multiple places to park are available close to the site. For people with reduced mobility, it is possible to be dropped off at the main entrance. However, the driver must park elsewhere.  

Out of respect to the artists and audience, it is not possible to enter the venue after the performance has begun. Latecomers are invited to wait and may enter the venue during the interval. We would suggest you arrive around twenty minutes in advance to fully enjoy the performance. 

The duration of a concert varies according to the event. 

Yes, priority access is provided for the disabled.

AUDIENCES AND ACCESSIBILITY

Some concerts are suitable for any age, but others are not recommended for young children.

Yes, both venues are accessible for persons with reduced mobility. We do suggest that you contact us in advance for suitable tickets for optimum comfort.

Yes, but it must be left at the cloakroom before entering the concert hall.

No, pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs.

FOOD AND DRINK

Yes, a bar is open before each performance from 8 p.m. and during the interval. However, there is no refreshment provision for daytime concerts.

No, food and drink from outside the venue may not be brought into the establishment (except water).

Yes, several options are available at the bar.

Purchases at the bar are made with vouchers, which can be paid for by card or cash.

ON-SITE FACILITIES

Yes, a cloakroom is available in the foyer of Les Mélèzes.

Yes, toilets are available on site.

Yes, a designated outside space is available for smokers. 

Large bags are not allowed. A cloakroom is available for you to leave clothing, and bags of a reasonable size. 

Yes, items (to be specified) are on sale at the ticket office.

SECURITY

Any dangerous objects, glass bottles, etc.

Immediately inform a member of staff or a security officer.

Yes, a security team is present on site for every event.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Out of respect to the artists and other audience members, we ask you not to take photographs or film during the performances. The lights and screens interfere with concentration and spoil the shared experience. Recordings are also subject to specific law and must not be made without authorisation from the organisation. 

Contact us using the contact form or by telephone. Lost property is kept at the ticket office for one month. 

Re-entry is generally not allowed, unless otherwise indicated.

JOIN THE TEAM

We are regularly on the lookout for volunteers to assist the production team or to assist with audience seating. To become a volunteer or for more information, contact us at billetterie@lesmelezes-evian.com  (Mail subject: "Bénévolat Les Mélèzes"). Where possible, volunteers have the opportunity to attend certain concerts and/or rehearsals.

A production volunteer helps the production team and helps to ensure the comfort of visiting artists. Their duties might be to prepare rehearsal rooms, get dressing rooms ready, provide car transfers... Requirements: permis B driving licence, English speaking, energetic, with a love of music. Possibility of attending certain concerts and/or rehearsals.

An audience seating volunteer is responsible for welcoming audience members on arrival at the concert hall, showing them to their seats, and giving out programmes. They play an essential role in audience management. Possibility of attending the concerts.
