A concerto of compelling drama, where piano and orchestra never cease to astonish, a heroic "Jupiter", the pinnacle of the composer's final symphonic trilogy, and an overture in true Mozart style. The Camerata Salzburg joins the Korean pianist Sunwook Kim for a programme adhering to classical convention yet already heralding the stirrings of Romanticism. Two carefully chosen partners, one whose home is the Mozarteum, ever present at the festival and the city’s Mozart Week, the second whose lively playing and purity of stroke has been rewarded at the prestigious Clara Haskil and Leeds piano competitions.
